1. Purpose

This schedule sets out all current fees, additional charges, and refund entitlements for ASC’s programs. It is a companion document to the Fees, Charges and Refunds Policy, which governs the principles, regulatory framework, and student rights applying to all charges listed here.

This schedule is updated annually and whenever a fee change is approved by the College Directors. Students enrolled at the time of a fee change are not retrospectively subject to increased charges for units already commenced.

The current version of this schedule is available via the LMS and on request from Admin.


2. Program Fees

3. Additional Charges

4. Non Tuition Student Costs

This Materials fee covers essential items required to complete practical training and is payable alongside Diploma tuition fees

5. Refund Schedule

6. Scholarship and Fee Waiver Reference

Scholarship and fee waiver eligibility criteria, application processes, and conditions are governed by the Fees, Charges and Refunds Policy Section 5. No additional charges in this schedule are waived by scholarship unless expressly stated in the scholarship terms.


7. Review and Update Process

This schedule is reviewed annually in January by the Director – Business and Financial Planning, with any proposed changes submitted to the College Directors for approval. Approved changes take effect from the date of publication of the updated schedule. Students are notified of fee changes via the LMS and by email at least 30 days before the effective date.

Changes to fees that affect the regulatory caps under the Education and Training Reform Act require Advisory Board approval before implementation.
