ASC Enrolment Data Privacy Statement

The Australian Shiatsu College (ASC) is required by law to collect personal information for the purpose of managing your enrolment in a VET course and for compliance with Australian government and NCVER regulations.

• Your data allows us to:
  • Process your enrolment and education at ASC
  • Disclose required information to the National VET Data Collection and NCVER for reporting/research as required by the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011
  • Share data with government departments, as legally required, for regulation and compliance
• If you do not provide the necessary information, we cannot finalise your enrolment.
• We may also (as required by law) disclose information to the Department of Education, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), funders, and training authorities.
• You may be asked to participate in surveys by ASC, government, or NCVER (compliance, planning, or research). Your participation is voluntary.
• Your personal information is managed as per ASC’s main Privacy Policy and is also subject to:

  • DESE VET Privacy Notice
